The 32 tons overhead crane

In its buildings inaugurated in 2000, SAIRP can pose the complete loading of a semi-trailer, i.e. 26 tons of panels in only one operation.








This crane with a 32 tons capacity, is now SAIRP 7th overhead crane, which are all equipped with radio-control.
It is a considerable saving of time for the carriers. For the customers, it is the insurance of a preparation of neat order and of an optimized conditioning.

Building 100 m

Stored in 100 -meter sections, our panels are available in several types and colours.
This important storage capacity is related to the speed & reactivity of our 24 hour operation, in the majority of the cases, to provide a fast delivery for our customers’ orders.

Styrene recovering system

Air pollution prevention.
99.98% of the Styrene fumes are treated by regenerative and recovering treatment.
The gas discharges were appraised and standardized, those of CO2 quantified and declared.
Silos

Waste processing.
The waste processing was entirely re-examined and brought up to date. Treatment and seizure of the saw dusts of all types are ensured using silos, managed by officially agreed companies.



Waste processing was entirely rebuilt with officially agreed companies for the Standard Industrial Waste (DIB) and is the subject of contracts with the Agency of Water for the Special Industrial Waste (DIS).

Sprinklers

Fire Protection.
The fire hazards are controlled using SPRINKLER, GRECON, Armed Taps Sets fire (RIA) and mobile extinguishers.
The buildings were entirely reconditioned with barriers locks.
Fire draws and staff trainings are particularly successful.
